As a result, the treated material will demonstrate a better quality of printing and coating, and a greater resistance to rolling.

To explain what service can give ATAG in this process it is necessary to go back to the machine that carries out the treatment. We mentioned an electrically “earthed” roller. This roller serves as a counter electrode, so grounding the charge of the high-frequency current which ionizes the air, and at the same time supports the film at the correct distance from the electrode.
