fenders

Fenders, widely used in industry, are essential to protect machinery and structures during handling and transport operations, preventing damage and also improving safety at work.

By choosing ATAG’s fenders, you can be sure that you are relying on a business partner that has been present in Italy since 1947.

Today we are talking about Keyhole fenders, Wings fenders and Arch fenders:

Keyhole fenders

Flat face, grooved face and block fenders are used worldwide and offer high protection, especially in areas where large forces have to be absorbed. Extruded or moulded, ATAG supplies them with both flat and grooved strike faces.

Wings Fenders

Wing Fenders (with a solid or perforated section) are an alternative for protecting the walls of ships, docks and small jetties. Also called wing fenders, they are generally mounted in a metal profile. Highly resistant, they either have an ‘O’-shaped inner chamber or are chamberless.

Arch Fenders

Arch fenders are normally used successfully all over the world for their resistance to wear and are usually employed to protect docks. Consisting of a single piece, ATAG distributes them in various heights and widths. With a base consisting of a steel plate with fixing holes vulcanised into it, they are mounted both horizontally and vertically.
