• ATAG supplies a very wide variety of compensation joints and shock-isolating components for rigid pipework systems. These are available in different types of rubber from a diameter of 3/4″ (19 mm) upwards.
• According to the application, our Technical Office can advise the customer as to the most suitable choice of compound (EPDM, Nitrile, Hypalon® Tosoh, Neoprene) with UNI and ASA flanges or with BSP threading.
• In some applications stainless steel expansion joints may be more suitable. These are available in the following versions: axial, angular-spherical, universal and disassembled. They are made with very thin sheets of AISI 316 steel that are expertly combined.
• The bellows of these joints can be equipped with both UNI and ASA flanges, with “connecting rods” or on spherical seats with soldered or threaded sleeves.
• For particularly aggressive fluids then PTFE joints can be supplied as the optimum solution.
• We supply different types of textile joints for air-conditioning and industrial systems that convey air or corrosive fumes at high or low temperatures. These can be made with various types of materials combined with elastomers and polymers.
