With a formal agreement, ATAG Spa is officially the Sole Shareholder with management power over the company COFI Srl.
COFI Srl has been operating for over thirty years in the industrial sector, with extensive experience in the naval, paper, chemical, steel, transport and energy sectors.

COFI SRL is also one of the very few companies in the world able to supply NATO ship-to-ship refuelling systems according to STANAG, DEFSTAN or NAVSEA standards, as well as the only one to have qualified certifiable parts according to RINAMIL.
