Textile rubber sheets
Suitable for current uses without specific characteristics of resistance to heat, chemical agents or weather. Insertion of one or more textiles based on the thicknesses. Surface textile impression upon request.
Oil-resistant rubber sheets
Nitrile rubber base, suitable for oils and mineral and animal fats, fuels (with maximum % of aromatic substances based on its quality) and liquefied gases at room temperature.
Dark para rubber sheets
High degree of elasticity, softness and elastic recoil, especially in the light version. Excellent mechanical characteristics, suitable for water, saline solutions, and weak acids.
Light para rubber sheets
Best mechanical characteristics and resistance to wear, exceptional elastic recoil and resistance to laceration.
Food rubber sheets
With a base of white-colored natural rubber, it is produced without the use of carbon black or graphite, but still maintains good characteristics of flexibility and elasticity, and is resistant to seawater and acids of medium concentration.
Light silicone sheets
Synthetic rubber-based type with excellent resistance to high and low temperatures, with a high degree of elasticity, suitable for chlorinated substances, solvents, UV rays, ozone and oxygen.
Red silicone sheets
Similar to the previous type, but with a slightly lower elasticity and an improved resistance to laceration; it has the same non-toxic characteristics as the translucent version.
“Viton sheets”
Rubber with an exceptional resistance to weather, cold and heat, excellent performance in the presence of solvents, benzenes, diluted or concentrated acids, lubricants, caustic soda, formaldehyde, chloroform, trichloroethylene, chlorobenzene, and perchlorethylene. Not recommended for ethers and esters with a low molecular weight and hydrofluoric acid.
NBR sheets
The characteristics of the NBR vulcanizates greatly depend on the content of acrylonitrile and on the type and quantity of plasticizer. It can be said in general that NBR vulcanizates have a good resistance to gasoline, oil and mineral greases, but are poorly resistant to aging; however, this condition can be improved greatly by adding reinforcing fillers. Articles for which these characteristics are often requested include gaskets, membranes and tubes.
Neoprene sheets
This was one of the first sheets to be commercially successful thanks to its good resistance to oxidation, ozone and heat aging. Good chemical resistance in the presence of salts, bases, diluted acids and seawater. Resistant to occasional contact with oils and hydrocarbons. Our Neoprene Super version is a sheet of superior quality, where the characteristics mentioned here are enhanced. Furthermore, this is a self-extinguishing neoprene rubber.
EPDM sheets
These are characterized by good mechanical properties (tensile strength and elongation) and resistance to fluids in general and to high temperatures (up to 150°C). Chemically resistant to chemical aggressions, weather and oxygenation. Conductive rubber is a special type of synthetic rubber characterized by the presence of graphite, which makes it electrically conductive (conductive polymer). However, it maintains the flexibility and elasticity typical of rubber. It has various uses.
