For those looking for these characteristics, ATAG Spa recommends PI (Polyimide), while for those who need excellent resistance to abrasion and flame (with temperatures of 250°C) ATAG proposes PEEK (Polyetheretherketone).
PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene), however, is recommended by ATAG Spa when the desired characteristics are:
- excellent and prolonged resistance at temperatures of use up to 260°C
- good flow properties
- high electrical properties
- toughness and flame resistance
